Eligibility & Conditions
Customers must initiate returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
Note: High-value items (e.g., electronics over ₹5,000) require a verification process: Email photos and details to support@nanomakers.in for seller inspection/approval before return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@nanomakers.in with order details, photos of the issue, and reason within 10 days.
- Await seller approval (usually within 24-48 hours).
- Keep your product ready to handover to the delivery agent. We will arrange pickup in most of the cases.
- Upon receipt and verification (3-5 business days), process replacement or refund.
